Punta Cana is perhaps the most visited place in the Caribbean by the Portuguese. And there are several reasons for this fact. The most critical will say it is massive but, for me, it remains a place where we can spend a fantastic vacation! There is 35 km of amazing beaches with resorts for all tastes.

The natural colors of this island contrast with those of vintage cars. Around every corner, there always seems to be another color that we hadn't thought of yet... And as for the color of seawater, it's simply a shade of blue that the Cubans invented and only exists here!

This trip aimed to combine enjoying the beach with getting to know some history and visiting some places that we had chosen in advance for this or that reason. On my return from the Carnival holidays, I had the opportunity to visit the splendid city of Coimbra and the Mira de Aire Caves with Colégio Vasco da Gama. This trip aimed not only to show students how higher education works but also to let them know a little more about our country.
